Collaborate with local emergency services and authorities as needed. • Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities, including incidents, inspections, and training. • Identify training needs and provide or facilitate training to ensure all personnel are adequately prepared for their roles. • Stay current with new safety technologies and methodologies. • Establish effective communication channels for safety and environmental matters. • Collaborate closely with employees, stakeholders, including contractors, to ensure alignment with safety and environmental objectives. • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Education: Associate's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience Additional Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree Required Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the industrial construction field. Required Training/Certifications: OHSA Training Required Computer and Software Skills: Google Documents, SAP, MS Office, Google Email, Excel, Word Additional Requirements: • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams. • Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement in safety performance. • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
