Position Summary The Hybrid Sales Representative (HSR) is responsible for engaging Health Care Professionals (HCPs) through telephone, virtual, or in-person conversations to promote assigned client products, maximize the product’s selling potential, and meet program and client objectives. The HSR achieves this by developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs, educating them about product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. The HSR utilizes approved tools for product promotion and maintains a competent level of product, program, and customer activity knowledge. The HSR is expected to collaborate with client field-based teams and management. The Hybrid Sales Representative will work in multiple territories when needed. Essential Duties/Responsibilities • Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations to influence customers and increase sales. • Promote client product(s) via telephone, virtual (outbound/inbound calls), or in-person engagements, by conducting in-depth product discussions with assigned HCP targets. • Profile and manage a targeted list of HCPs and provide value-added benefits to grow sales volume. • Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals. • Maintain call productivity and metrics as required by the program. • Achieve quarterly client sales quotas. • Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using selling, listening, and negotiation skills while utilizing approved promotional aids. • Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions within program timelines. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of client product(s) and program. • Verify and complete required data entry in Amplity /Client CRM systems, including details of target responses, call activity, product orders, and any follow-up actions. • Partner and collaborate with client field sales account managers and client sales managers to plan territory coverage as required. • Participate in teleconferences and live National, regional, and district meetings and training sessions. Represent the client at National and/or local conventions when applicable. • Conduct field calls on vacant territory coverage, which will require travel during the first few months and may reduce as roles in the territory are filled. • Must be able to fly and drive to and around customer offices within the assigned region during field sales activities. • Fully comply with all laws, regulations, Amplity policies, the Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines, and relevant state and federal laws. • Prepare reports for management as needed and participate in other projects assigned. • Participate in other projects as assigned. Education and Experience Required: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. • Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical specialty sales experience • Oncology experience preferred • Demonstrated success achieving key performance metrics and consistently driving sales growth. • Compliance focused • Effective influence in person and virtually excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, ability to leverage latest digital technology to work remotely and make sales impact. • Previous account and territory management experience, meeting, or exceeding sales metrics. • Highly adaptable, understands how to analyze competitive landscapes and manages successfully. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. • Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational and planning skills. • Successfully pass all Amplity and client required training. • Possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record. • Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as needed and travel as needed, including air travel, up to 70% during start-up periods. Job Summary The Professional Sales Representative implements tactics as defined by the Marketing and Sales plans. They deliver balanced sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers with a defined frequency. In the assigned territory, the Professional Sales Representative will utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience. They engage in effective business planning, calling on customers including a variety of healthcare practitioners. The Professional Sales Representative will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Increased product sales will result from the Professional Sales Representative's effective efforts. Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative. Participation in training, conference calls and meetings are essential. Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $75K - $80K. The salary rage displayed may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees, certifications, and other relevant factors. Essential Functions • Achieve all product sales performance goals and objectives for geographical assignment (Territory). Distribute samples and record sample transactions in accordance with Company Policy and PDMA guidelines. • Develop comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all approved marketing and selling materials. • Maintain proficient knowledge of promoted product disease states and indications. • Deliver proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers with a frequency based on assigned call goals. • Implement the selling model and process principles, including the DiSC personality profile when engaging with customers. • Complete pre and post call analysis which positively impacts customer interactions. • Regularly review and analyze all available sales data and utilize developmental budget funds • Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines. • Develop a daily call schedule to insure efficient and comprehensive coverage of territory. • Complete administrative reports and meet related deadlines. • Ensure proper safeguarding and care for company assets (laptop, iPad, fleet vehicle. etc.). • Maintain a call average of 8 or more calls per day, 40 or more calls per week, defined as face-to-face interactions, with healthcare providers focusing on top target customers. • Enter calls immediately into Veeva System via iPad and check/respond to email daily.
