Review residual account balances after payments are applied and generate necessary adjustments (within eligible guidelines), overpayment notifications, refund requests and secondary billing. Interact with third party collection agencies. Communicate consistently and professionally with other Amerita employees. Work within specified deadlines and stressful situations. The Regional Specialty Account Executive is responsible for achievement of admissions, net revenue and profit objectives for IVIG, Chronic Inflammatory Disease and other specialty medications in an assigned geography. The Revenue Cycle Systems Specialist is responsible for user and site setups in CPR+ and Waystar, ensuring accurate payer and pricing setups. This position also manages user logins for payer portals and assists in data migration for newly acquired branches. | A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate's degree in a related field preferred. The RCM Systems Analyst creates and maintains payer and pricing setups in CPR+ and Waystar to ensure payers are added, billed, transmitted, and paid, free from material errors or unnecessary human intervention. This position manages user logins for payer portals. This position will manage a contract and fee schedule database that will be a reference tool for all company employees. This position is responsible for performing Waystar functions and will assist in the setup and data migration for newly acquired branches. Finally, this position adheres to security policies about user setups and responds to security audit requests accordingly.
