Additional responsibility for management of assigned Key Account(s) to ensure revenue growth, account profitability, account maintenance, and customer satisfaction within Americold’s assigned vertical/business sector. Key Account(s) are considered Americold’s Top 100 customers, generating revenue in excess of $1 million annually. • Fosters collaborative partnership to drive customer specific strategic vision • Drives revenue and growth of assigned Key Account(s) • Manages customer relationships to ensure ongoing review of opportunities and profitability of assigned Account(s) • Expands services provided to the existing customer base such as Transportation, Multi-vendor Consolidation (MVC), value added services, and international opportunities • Coordinates with other Business Development and Commercial staff regarding integration of new and existing Account(s) • Manages and ensures appropriate, profitability and rate initiatives are executed for assigned Account(s) • Responsible for analysis and review of monthly revenue & KPI reports that include tracking of Account(s) performance in relation to Company budget goals and objectives • Manages special projects to address customer-specific needs, working with customer, partner, and internal staff as needed • Manages solution development process for new business opportunities, coordinating efforts of support functions • Maintain appropriate account information in CRM tool (Salesforce). Manage warehouse operations including order allocation, workflow balancing, and system troubleshooting to ensure efficiency and safety. | High school diploma or GED preferred, with related work experience; proficiency in PC software and warehouse systems; strong communication and attention to detail. | Primary Responsibility : Responsible for allocating orders, releasing work to warehouse floor, balancing workflow, and ensuring inbound and outbound truck turn times are within acceptable levels. What You’ll Do : • Resolve order product shortages • Manage order cuts and communicate to customers • Release work to the work queue in a manner that ensures maximum levels of interleaving, productivity, and carrier turn times • Prioritize individual Lift Truck Operator (LTO) tasks along with Dock Supervisors • Ensure dock office is utilizing inbound and outbound dock optimization functionality for each receipt and order • Run labor reports and review with Dock Supervisors and Office Manager • Review/update base priorities weekly to reduce manual priority changes in the work queue • Review/update LTO home work zone assignments along with Operations Manager • Review/Update product code velocity zone assignments along with Operations Manager • Review/update optimal static and dynamic pick locations along with Operations Manager • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and safety programs • Continually evaluate effectiveness of systems and recommend changes where appropriate • Troubleshoot and correct systems problems • Train all levels of users on relevant systems • May resolve product order shortages. • May manage order cuts and communicate to customers. • Follow attendance policy, show up for work on time and ready to work assigned shift. • Other duties as requested What Experience and Education You Need : • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, or at least one year related work experience. What You’ll Do: The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for global internal communications to enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
