Analyze and document business functions and processes, develop technical specifications, assist with project planning, and recommend process improvements for electronic document management systems. | At least 3 years of experience in document management and business requirements gathering, with desirable experience in DPS processes, IBM Content Manager, Kofax systems, and electronic document management migrations. | Title : RIM System Analyst and Developer - Electronic document management system Location : Remote - Louisiana Duration: Long-Term Contract The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Define and document business functions and processes. Document standard operating procedures, user manuals and training material, as needed. Schedule, coordinate and assist with meeting. Analyze and document the integration of business functions with technology. Assist with business case development and business process reengineering. Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, and input/output requirements. Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies. Conduct cost-benefit analyses. Develop or assist with project work plans and project timelines.
