Lead and motivate a remote call center team, manage daily operations, track performance metrics, coach agents, and maintain call center software. | Experience managing a call center with appointment setting or sales goals, leadership skills, strong communication, call center technology proficiency, and organizational ability. | American Home Design is looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to lead our team that is responsible for setting and issuing appointments for our in-home water filtration product. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage and coach the agents, handle the daily operations, and keep your team focused on hitting their individual as well as overall appointment setting goals. Our agents are responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers who have shown some interest in our products and scheduling a free consultation with them. We have a robust marketing program that brings in new leads everyday. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who want a great opportunity while working remotely with a fun team!
