We are looking for a project management analyst to join the newly formed Paid Search Enablement Team. The enablement team is responsible for all paid search activation and management within the US market. A critical part of the US acquisition strategy. This role will assume responsibility for all areas of project management within the team. This includes liaison with stakeholders, setting up and managing deliverables and associated timelines, managing internal programs related to both performance marketing and control and compliance. You will play a key role in shaping cross team thinking and driving paid search innovations. Enacting strategies and tactics both within and outside the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on a new function within the team as well support a highly visible, key project with AMEX. This is an individual role within the team, reporting to the director. Key Responsibilities: Originate and own all project management requirements within the team Lead stakeholder management within team, with other internal stakeholders and externally as required Create Strategic project planning documentation and processes Support managers and directors within the team to realize team goals Initiate new ideas and processes to improve governance and work within the team Manage Risk, procurement and QA processes required within the team Measure performance against goals Qualifications: Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills Strategic thinking and the ability to clearly plot out paths to success Track record of delivery against goals Experience of managing stakeholders in a matrix environment Excellent oral and written communication skills including presenting to peers and senior management. Problem solving. The ability to solve issues that may arise under your own initiative Performance marketing or paid search knowledge a plus Relevant project management qualifications or experience Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
