As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a key role in bringing healthcare education to students. You will support the planning, organization, and execution of events and discount opportunities for US medical students, aimed at expanding AMBOSS’s presence in the market. You will play a key role in bringing engaging AMBOSS demo events to life, fostering meaningful connections with students, and managing all logistical, strategic, and organizational aspects—from outreach, event planning, to follow-up sales—end to end. You will: Build and maintain a network of student leads to support US Roadshow activities, fostering both new and existing relationships Coordinate virtual school visits and on-site demonstrations by converting student leads into event organizers Strategize, plan, and execute on-site events and webinars to introduce AMBOSS to first- and second-year US medical students Utilize a data-driven and analytical approach to optimize user and revenue growth Collaborate closely with teams, including B2B, Marketing, and Clinicians, to spearhead unified strategies to capture the US market You bring: Ideally 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with storytelling Strong analytical skills: ability to methodically collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative data in order to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies High level of organizational and detail-oriented skills to be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments in a dynamic workplace Familiarity with software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Looker/Metabase, Asana, Google Sheets) is a plus The annual salary for this position is a range of $55,000 - $60,000, depending on different factors such as experience, skills and impact. We’re looking for a Sales Development Coordinator to drive expansion into the US PA Student market. This individual will lead the (virtual) roadshow/webinar efforts for the US PA Student Market - the key initiative for bringing an established medical education resource to a new B2C market. This is an exciting opportunity to drive measurable impact and be a part of a proactive, collaborative, and dynamic team. Want to learn more about our culture? In this role you will own student outreach to generate new leads; the planning, organization, and execution of events (primarily virtual, potentially in person), and discount opportunities for students, aimed at expanding AMBOSS’ presence in this market. You will foster meaningful connections with students, and manage all logistical, strategic, and organizational aspects of this initiative – from outreach, event planning, to follow-up sales – end to end. The right candidate will benefit from acquired early learnings from the PA student market, as well as from our successful growth in the US medical student market since 2017, and adapt these to fit the needs and specificities of the market at hand. This is a hands-on position requiring someone motivated to learn, adapt, and experiment to find what works. You will report directly to the US PA Student Market Lead, Jess, a US-trained PA. You will: Build and maintain a network of student leads to support US PA Roadshow activities, fostering both new and existing relationships Your contributions will take place behind the scenes: coordinate virtual school visits and (some) on-site demonstrations by converting student leads into event organizers. You will join webinars for Q&A support.
