These programs span multiple Amazon and AWS teams and require coordination across engineering, security, finance, legal, procurement, and business leadership. In this role, you will translate partnership commitments into executable technical and operational plans, ensure solutions meet AWS architectural and operational standards, and provide clear, accurate communication to senior internal leaders and external partners. Build mechanisms that scale • Create and institutionalize mechanisms that improve cross-org execution, such as governance forums, decision logs, and readiness criteria. • Identify recurring failure modes and address them through durable process, tooling, and ownership models. • Raise program management maturity by improving planning, execution, and decision-making practices.
