Support plant operations, manage projects, ensure safety compliance, and provide technical oversight for chemical processing units. | Requires BS in Chemical Engineering with 20+ years experience in chemical processing including chemical tolling industry and extensive PSM experience. | Job Details Job Location Crosby, TX Description Performs engineering functions on site in support of existing production requirements, new product development, and capital improvement projects at the ALTIVIA Oxide Chemicals site in Crosby, TX. Responsibilities Plant Operations • Assist operations team in troubleshooting production related issues • Identify opportunities to lower production costs and batch cycle times • Evaluate plant processing capabilities and limitations • Work with process chemists to resolve production issues • Work with maintenance team to resolve equipment issues • Work with HSE team to resolve safety/environmental issues • Provide Process Safety Management (PSM) support Project Management • Evaluate projects for technical and economic feasibility • Identify and design required equipment for project execution • Identify potential processing hazards and quality control issues • Work with maintenance/construction and operations to affect equipment availability • Identify potential process changes and implement for production optimization • Write operational procedures and conduct Operations team training • Coordinate/provide for PSM requirements • Work with operations team and customers during start-up to identify problems and achieve success Customer Relations • Communicate project related information • Work with customers and sales to resolve issues and/or complaints • Identify opportunities for improvement • Work with customers to ensure successful operation of new and ongoing projects Management and Supervision • Technical oversight of multiple reactor operating unit • Organize resources to facilitate execution of multiple concurrent projects Education and/or Experience • BS Degree in Chemical Engineering, advanced degree a plus. Minimum 20 years' experience in chemical processing environment in chemical processing environment, including at least 5 years' experience in the Chemical Tolling Industry. • Both batch and continuous processing, distillation, filtration, and solids, handling. • Experience with Flares, Oxidizers, and Wastewater Treatment Plants are a plus. • Pilot Plant experience preferred. • Strong Chemistry knowledge; Alkoxylation, Maleation, Esterification, and Amine-acid Reactions • Extensive PSM experience required, including participation in Process Hazard Analysis, Management of Change and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews • RCM experience is a plus • Strong troubleshooting skills to promote efficiency improvements • Strong Leadership skills • Capability with Aspen or ChemCad distillation simulation preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills, applied on multiple levels, including reports as well as strong training aspects

Perform procurement tasks including purchase order creation, vendor setup, monitoring requisitions and receipts, and supporting manufacturing and planning teams. | High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's preferred, with experience in purchasing, ERP systems, and manufacturing environment preferred. | Job Details Job Location Crosby, TX Description The Procurement Analyst will be located in Crosby, TX, and will report to the Supply Chain Director. This position will be focused procurement tasks including releases for customer- and ALTIVIA-supplied raw material. Additionally, this position will support the planning & scheduling team in backfill and redundancy of several tasks, and the manufacturing team with specific vendor documentation requirements and site HSE programs. Job responsibilities • Assist Accounts Payable to identify the related purchasing document, for any incoming invoice • Monitor requisitions for Crosby (CRO): ensure approval received timely • Create purchase order (PO) for any approved requisition at CRO • Monitor receipts, follow up on any outstanding receipts to ensure timely close of PO line items • Set up new vendors, and work with accounting to provide standard credit references and share typically requested information in an efficient and consistent manner • Create purchasing master data, with the goal of minimizing non-inventory procurement • Work with maintenance to link purchasing to work orders (WO), for maximum traceability • Monitor any purchasing non-conformances and helps to steward purchasing key performance indicators (KPI); provide local updates to Crosby Plant Manager • Identify any process improvements including ERP access and training needs, receipt quality and validation, or other master data and process/system requirements Qualifications Qualifications and Skills: • Attention to detail, thoroughness, and organization • Ability to think critically and manage in detail, to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner • Data analysis • Vendor relationships • Computer proficiency and efficient data entry • Excel proficiency and general arithmetic / numeracy • Proactive and thorough communication, both verbal and written • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, with good interpersonal skills Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred • Previous experience with purchasing and/or ERP systems preferred • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
