What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months) An adopted lifecycle framework that aligns cross-functional teams around customer outcomes and revenue impact. Measurable improvements in trial conversion, activation rates, and onboarding success. Increased adoption depth and expansion readiness in targeted segments. Lifecycle-specific enablement that’s actively used by Sales and CS. Demonstrable linkage between lifecycle initiatives and retention/expansion growth. Qualifications What You Bring 7+ years in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer experience strategy within B2B SaaS. Proven ability to design and scale post-sales lifecycle programs tied to measurable outcomes. Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, especially with Product, GTM, and customer teams.
