The Role We are seeking a Technical Software Implementation Manager with hands on Gong implementation experience to lead and own the delivery of Gong centered RevOps projects, with HubSpot and Salesforce as supporting platforms. In this role, you will manage end to end client implementations, act as the primary point of contact, and ensure successful deployment, configuration, and adoption of Gong solutions. You’ll operate at the intersection of project management, solution design, and client consulting, working closely with revenue leaders to translate business goals into technical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Project Ownership Lead Gong implementation projects from discovery through successful delivery, including kickoff, configuration, testing, enablement, and transition to ongoing support. HubSpot implementations may be included as part of broader RevOps engagements. Client Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor and primary liaison to client stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and IT, delivering a consultative experience aligned to measurable business outcomes. Technical Delivery Design, configure, and deploy Gong solutions, including data integrations, CRM alignment, call recording setups, analytics configuration, and workflow optimization. Support HubSpot implementations and integrations as needed. Stakeholder Communication Run regular status updates, manage expectations, and confidently navigate complex stakeholder environments. Quality Assurance Ensure all implementations follow Gong best practices and meet standards for scalability, accuracy, and long term usability. Cross Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Solutions Architects, RevOps consultants, and developers to deliver end to end solutions. Continuous Improvement Contribute to internal documentation, implementation playbooks, and process improvements. Required Skills and Experience Hands on Gong implementation experience is required 1.5 plus years of experience in software implementation, RevOps delivery, or technical consulting, ideally within an agency or services environment Strong expertise in Gong, including configuration, rollout, and client enablement. Gong certification is a strong plus HubSpot implementation experience, including workflows, integrations, and data structure Salesforce experience, including configuration, administration, or integrations Proven ability to manage complex implementation projects and translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication and client management skills, comfortable leading conversations with both executive and operational stakeholders Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously Self starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Preferred Qualifications Gong certification strongly preferred HubSpot and or Salesforce certifications Experience working with high growth SaaS companies, agencies, or professional services firms Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp Budget ranges from $22 to $25 USD per hour, depending on experience.
