This role plays a key part in attracting top veterinary talent by managing job board postings, executing recruitment marketing campaigns, and supporting employer branding initiatives that elevate Alliance Animal Health and our partner hospitals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating effective recruitment campaigns that connect veterinary professionals with meaningful career opportunities. This position works closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure job advertising efforts are timely, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals. Job Description Recruitment Marketing & Campaign Support • Partner closely with the Recruitment Marketing Manager and Talent Acquisition to execute recruitment marketing campaigns supporting Alliance Animal Health hospitals and corporate hiring initiatives. • Assist with job advertising strategies across major job boards, veterinary-specific platforms, social media, and digital sourcing channels. • Support paid campaign execution, sponsored job postings, and recruitment-related promotional efforts. • Coordinate campaign timelines, content updates, and posting schedules to support hiring priorities. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hospital leaders to ensure recruitment campaigns align with hiring needs. Job Board & Posting Management • Create, post, edit, and maintain job advertisements within the ATS and external job boards. • Optimize job postings using SEO and recruitment marketing best practices to improve visibility and candidate engagement. • Ensure postings are accurate, brand-aligned, and compliant with company standards. • Monitor posting performance and assist with troubleshooting job board or vendor-related issues. • Support recruitment marketing reporting by tracking posting activity and source effectiveness. Employer Branding & Content Support • Assist in maintaining consistent employer branding across recruitment touchpoints. • Support the development of recruitment marketing materials, hiring event promotions, social content, and candidate-facing communications. • Help coordinate recruitment storytelling initiatives including testimonials, hospital highlights, and recruitment collateral. • Partner with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to help elevate the Alliance Animal Health employer brand. Analytics & Administrative Support • Track recruitment marketing metrics including applicant flow, source effectiveness, and campaign engagement. • Assist with reporting and recruitment marketing dashboards. • Maintain recruitment marketing calendars, documentation, and vendor coordination. • Support ongoing process improvements and recruiting operations initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition coordination, digital marketing, or job board administration. • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online job distribution platforms preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting multi-location or healthcare/veterinary recruiting environments preferred. • Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, iHire, or other recruitment advertising platforms. • Understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and social media best practices. • Experience supporting campaign execution and reporting analytics is a plus. Job Description As the Regional Manager: ER/Specialty/UC, you are responsible for overseeing and providing operational support for hospital leaders across Alliance Animal Health’s network of veterinary hospitals in our growing Emergency and Urgent Care space. You will work with the Sr Regional Director, the Vice President of Operations, the Veterinary Partner Doctors and Practice Managers to enhance performance at their respective facilities. You will also work with the Internal Operations team to lead the implementation of initiatives and projects at the hospitals within your region. You will also be expected to expand with the region as Alliance Animal Health adds additional hospitals to the market. Leadership And Management • Personally responsible for overseeing and leading the practice managers at each hospital. • Responsible for working directly with the practice managers on the operations at the hospital, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, employee and client scheduling, marketing, employee training, and human resources. • Act as a key resource and partner to the managing veterinarian at each location and responsible for building a strong relationship with that doctor. Also responsible for partnering with them on the work you are doing with the practice manager and incorporating their feedback and goals in your work with each practice. • Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to review the financial reports with the practice leadership team and develop strategies for each practice. • Responsible for reviewing the non-financial reports (inventory budgets; scheduling budgets) and driving plans for improvement based on the results. • Responsible for the post-acquisition integration process for newly acquired clinics. • Expected to travel to the practices 4 days per week throughout the market and have 1 office day (but could be at practices 5 days a week as needed). Occasional late nights and weekends may be required based on business hours and operational needs. Qualifications • Effective communication, team building and leadership skills • Highly organized and able to manage time effectively • 3+ years of experience managing multiple locations for a multi-site operator in the veterinary industry • Experience in veterinary specialty, emergency, and/or urgent care space required • Experience as a veterinary credential technician or equivalent is preferred but not required. • Self-starter that is excited to work in an entrepreneurial environment and can take initiative • Strong analytical skills and experience reviewing budgets and financial statements • Proficient with full suite of Microsoft office products • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required • CVPM desirable, but not required • Must live within or be willing to relocate to Florida Additional Information WE ARE A DRUG-FREE, EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
