Job Summary: The Process Improvement & Standards Manager will lead a cross-functional team of data analysts and Lean/change specialists to accelerate business performance through aligned metrics, disciplined problem solving, and sustainable process improvement. This role is responsible for building a robust, cascading scorecard that flows from Business Operations Leadership to individual contributors; creating and sustaining a prioritized pipeline of analytics and improvement projects; rolling out Leader Standard Work across Business Operations; facilitating Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), Kaizen events and problem-solving training; and coaching the team and business leaders through improvement projects to ensure results are delivered and sustained. What You Will Do: Strategy, scorecards & alignment • Define, design and implement a single, robust performance scorecard framework that cascades Business Operations Leadership goals through senior leaders to front-line teams and individual contributors. • Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs, targets and behaviors; ensure owners and cadences are defined for all metrics. • Build dashboards and visual management (digital and/or physical) to make performance transparent at all levels. • Establish data governance and metric definitions to ensure one version of truth. Analytics, project pipeline & delivery • Create and manage a prioritized pipeline of analytics and improvement projects aligned to strategic priorities (cost, quality, delivery, safety, customer experience). • Define intake, prioritization, business case, resourcing and handoff processes for analytics and improvement work. • Oversee delivery of analytics (insights, root-cause analysis, predictive models) and translate findings into actionable improvement plans. • Track project ROI and benefits realization; maintain project health and escalation protocols. Leader Standard Work, MDI & daily management • Lead the rollout and adoption of Leader Standard Work (LSW) across Business Operations including development of role-specific LSW, coaching models and audit/cadence mechanisms (Implementation of MDI throughout Business Operations). • Drive daily management practices (Gemba cadence, visual boards, huddles) to sustain improvements and accelerate decision making. • Design and monitor LSW/MDI compliance and improvement audits; use findings to close gaps and coach leaders. Continuous improvement, events & training • Plan, facilitate and/or sponsor RIEs, Kaizen events and structured problem-solving (A3, DMAIC, 8D or equivalent). • Develop and deliver problem-solving and Lean curricula for multiple audiences (managers, supervisors, frontline). • Support pre/post standard work, control plans and sustainment activities following events. Team leadership & coaching • Lead, mentor and grow a blended team of data analysts and continuous improvement practitioners. • Coach team members and business leaders through complex root-cause analysis, hypothesis testing and countermeasure selection. • Recruit, develop and retain high-performing talent; set clear objectives, KPIs and development plans. Stakeholder engagement & change management • Partner with Business Operations Leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities, secure resources and remove barriers. • Apply change management practices to ensure adoption of new processes, roles and metrics. • Communicate progress, wins and lessons learned through executive summaries, reviews and visual performance tools. Operational responsibilities • Support functional value stream analyses, staffing models, process improvements and work optimization as needed. • Ensure all activities meet corporate EH&S and compliance requirements. What You Need to Succeed: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field. • 7+ years of combined experience in operational excellence/continuous improvement and data analytics; experience leading both analytics and Lean initiatives. • 3+ years’ experience managing or leading teams. • Demonstrated success creating and operating cascading scorecards, dashboards and governance for KPIs. • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools and languages (SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau; Python/R preferred). • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) or equivalent and practical experience facilitating Kaizen/RIEs and structured problem solving. • Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels. • Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS/TMS or other operational systems is a plus. Nice-to-have • Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations or related field. • Experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing operations. • Experience with predictive analytics, process mining or advanced statistical methods. Cash Application Specialist We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cash Application Specialist to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely application of customer payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash application, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex reconciliations and research tasks. What You Will Do: Properly identify customer remittances and post payments to the correct accounts using invoice, quote, and/or order numbers. Post and record customer payments received from lockboxes/bank accounts, including checks, ACHs, wires, and credit cards. Reconcile and balance cash deposits to posting reports daily. Create balancing entries for short payments and deductions on customer accounts per remittance advice. Complete account adjustments promptly in accordance with service level agreements. Manage daily inflow and outflow of intercompany transfers for assigned portfolios. Research cash-related posting requests concerning customer overpayments, short payments, and deductions. Assist in fostering an environment of continuous improvement and transformation. Maintain cash receipts records and files as required for audit requests. Responsibilities: Support internal and external customers through the accurate, timely application of customer payments. Maintain shared email queue at a satisfactory level. Build solid relationships with credit staff and external customers. Research and escalate unresolved and unapplied cash items to reconcile accounts. Complete daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting duties. Work within multiple ERP systems to develop and interpret reports. Adapt quickly to changes. Provide positive communication. Assist in driving process improvement within the department to achieve business unit goals and productivity. Collaborate with the Cash Application Manager to build robust and effective controls. Objectives: Demonstrate a strong sense of time management. Be dependable and self-motivated. Be an effective problem solver with strong troubleshooting abilities. Communicate with customers to retrieve remittance details for outstanding unapplied invoices/payments. Cross-train on related cash application functions within a teamwork-oriented environment. Work effectively with other internal departments to ensure cash transactions are balanced and accurate. Comprehend and follow departmental policies and procedures. Identify trends and gather, document, and analyze data. Interpret findings from data analysis and make correct conclusions/recommendations. Research and clean up unapplied cash with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Identify unclaimed property. What You Need to Succeed: 3+ years of business-to-business cash application experience in a large corporate environment and or relevant work experience required, preferably in manufacturing, service, construction, or distribution industries. HS Diploma/GED required Strong technical skills with experience operating within multiple programs, software, and ERPs daily. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong general knowledge of accounts receivable processes, with expertise in cash application. Ability to multitask in a high-volume transactional environment. Proficiency in 10-key data entry. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to operate successfully in a teamwork-oriented, metric-based environment. Adept critical thinker. Additional Preferred Skills & Qualifications: BS Degree. Drive key KPIs and improvements in YOY ROAS. • Marketing Launches: Support new product introduction marketing efforts online including the publication of best-in-class content and demand creation plans. • Customer Insights: Understand target audience and segments’ insights as well as larger customer journey, and apply them to the retail purchase journey and content • PLR/LR Support: Participate in the retail PLRs, BRs, and key strategy meetings, and partner with the Sales Team to strategize content for and our approach to these meetings. Develop the channel marketing recommendations for the go-forward support plan, which will include the annual marketing plan, promotional plan, content plan, and retail media network plans to support the assortment recommendation. • Retail Partnerships: Develop strong partner relationships with retail partners to assess customer needs, develop strategic retail marketing plan, drive alignment of channel marketing budget, and ensure execution with retail partner. • Vendor Management: Support internal and external vendors including assisting in development of Statement of Work and project oversight ensuring completion on time and on budget • Budget Leadership: Support development and management of channel marketing budget, expenses, and forecasts. • Marketing Measurement and Optimization: Analyze our sales data, website traffic and trends, and retailer data to assess marketing lever effectiveness. Report monthly on which tactics are performing well, or not. Optimize the marketing plan accordingly and negotiate with retailers for new metrics and data transparency. Continually identify new opportunities or strategies. Job Summary: The Customer Experience Specialistis responsible for improving the experience of our Allegion affiliates by providing customer service support for business requests in a professional and courteous manner. What You Will Do: • Demonstrates basic knowledge of the product and product features for one assigned brand • Demonstrates basic knowledge of internal processes and system tools • Manage customer service interactions by providing accurate and efficient resolution to incoming requests via phone, email and/or the Allegion online portal. • Gain proficiency in product to understand the needs and expectations of customers. • Follow standard operating procedures to support and resolve customer requests: order status, expedite and tracking, order modifications, document reprints, initiation of returns and replacement orders, credit & debits to customer accounts, provide product pricing and availability, as well as ad hoc product inquiries as needed. • Act as customer liaison when working with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests. • Complete initial troubleshooting on return and warranty claims and escalate to the appropriate teams as necessary. • Effectively use CRM to gather and document service requests to pass along defect free cases to supporting departments for review and resolution as applicable. • Utilize and manage appropriate ERP business systems. • Proactively monitor and follow up on customer service requests daily to ensure timely customer resolution. • Accurately document service request in CRM to ensure data integrity for root cause problem solving activities across the business. • Meet all service level agreements as assigned. • Maintain active engagement in all training activities to ensure awareness of all Allegion product, policy, guideline, and procedure changes. What You Need to Succeed: • 6+ months customer service experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment • HS Diploma or GED required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of PC based software applications (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel) & basic web applications. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Why Work for Us? Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. • The expected Base Salary Range: $35,300 to $62,500.
