We specialize in roofing, gutter cleaning, installations, pressure washing, tree care, and more. As we expand, we’re looking for a project manager to lead daily operations, oversee crews, and ensure projects are completed to a high standard. Responsibilities • Crew Coordination & Communication: Assign daily crews, oversee job flow, and act as the communication bridge between field technicians, office staff, and customers. • Scheduling & Job Flow: Build and finalize daily schedules for both service jobs and in-person estimates, ensuring efficiency and timeliness. • Quality Control & Upsells: Review completed jobs, ensure accuracy, and identify opportunities for additional services. • Quote Prep & Follow-Up: Send out quotes promptly, invoice jobs same-day, and follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and encourage reviews. • Daily Leadership: Lead the morning meeting, share updates, highlight wins, reinforce SOPs, and provide motivation for the team. • Reporting & Documentation: Track job progress, prepare daily reports on completions, upsells, invoicing, and overall team performance. Requirements • Experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, or exterior home services. • Prior leadership or project management experience (dispatch/operations a plus). • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple crews and projects. • Valid driver’s license required.
