Lead the design and development of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, oversee technical teams, manage integrations, and ensure quality standards. | Minimum 10 years of Oracle applications experience, including 2 years as a technical lead on Oracle Cloud ERP, with expertise in integrations, Oracle tools, SQL, PL/SQL, and related technologies. | Your role, your impact As an Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Lead, and reporting to the Director, Oracle Cloud Technical Services, you’ll oversee the design and development of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions that transform business processes and ensure data integrity across complex enterprise environments. In this strategic role, you’ll guide technical teams, manage integrations, and set quality standards that drive successful outcomes for our clients. Your day-to-day • Lead the team in the design and development of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM application integrations, data conversations and reports; • Oversee technical activities and coordinate onshore and offshore development teams; • Manage integrations, data conversions, and reporting deliverables; • Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders; • Create and maintain clear, standardized technical documentation; • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets; • Mentor team members and foster technical excellence. Keys to your success • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field; • Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle applications, including 2 years as a technical lead on Oracle Cloud ERP; • Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP or Cloud Data Conversion processes, inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA, BI Publisher, and PaaS Integration Cloud Service (ICS); • Expertise in integrations (OIC, SOA), and Oracle tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL); • Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL; • Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and building ETL-based integrations through these APIs; • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM modules; • Knowledge of Java, XML, JDeveloper, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Groovy Scripting, and Cloud Framework native to Oracle Fusion Applications; • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
