Position Overview: We are looking for a Health Navigation and Wellbeing leader to develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for our health navigation and wellbeing products. This role will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget, ultimately enhancing member navigation and healthcare outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare navigation, wellbeing, total population health, product management expertise, agentic AI, and a commitment to advancing member engagement. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities for integration between the two products, leveraging a best in market approach to differentiate how Alight Health Navigation and Well are positioned in the market. The candidate should also incorporate an AI forward approach to solving omnichannel approaches for health navigation and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Health and Wellbeing Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for health navigation and wellbeing products, ensuring alignment with company goals and member-centered care initiatives with a focus on improved ROI, outcomes, and member engagement. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, software engineering, technology, and other internal stakeholders, to deliver products that meet high standards of quality, timeliness, and budget. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams, ensuring that customer needs and market trends are fully integrated into product development. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, inform product decisions, and stay ahead of industry trends. Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and industry standards in all health navigation and wellbeing products. Product Performance & Optimization: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve products continuously. Product Communication: Clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders, fostering alignment and support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare, Business, Computer Science). Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in health and wellness product management, with a strong track record of successfully managing wellbeing, health navigation and/or digital health products. Industry Knowledge: Excellent understanding of healthcare navigation, wellbeing, member engagement, digital health technologies and emerging technologies such as agentic AI and digital therapeutics. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance.
