About the Role This role serves as a specialized administrative extension of the Customer Success Executive team. They provide support to the client’s benefits team and the client’s employees. They provide personalized service to clients and ensure the client’s needs and questions are taken care of. Responsibilities • Working knowledge of internal systems, including but not limited to; LeavePro, 360, Jira, NXT, Self -Service Portal. Facilitating reporting across other applications and platforms. • Supporting Client LeavePro and or 360 system acceptance testing. • Leading client training for self-service portal, application and or platform training. • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify trends in service/claims. • Attending Client Services and Operations meetings and calls and conducting follow-up to stakeholders. • Recommending process improvements and ways to streamline and following change management approval process. • Maintaining all related documents, files and legal requests with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. • Partnering with Customer Success Executive, Operations, and/or Business Intelligence to deliver analytics reports as needed. • Serving as a liaison to assist members filing claims and navigating internal resources for high-priority employees.
