Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare, Business, Computer Science). Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in health and wellness product management, with a strong track record of successfully managing wellbeing, health navigation and/or digital health products. Industry Knowledge: Excellent understanding of healthcare navigation, wellbeing, member engagement, digital health technologies and emerging technologies such as agentic AI and digital therapeutics. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate product strategy and progress to diverse audiences. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA compliance.
