Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, inform product decisions, and stay ahead of industry trends. Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and industry standards in all health navigation and wellbeing products. Product Performance & Optimization: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve products continuously. Product Communication: Clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders, fostering alignment and support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare, Business, Computer Science). Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in health and wellness product management, with a strong track record of successfully managing wellbeing, health navigation and/or digital health products. Industry Knowledge: Excellent understanding of healthcare navigation, wellbeing, member engagement, digital health technologies and emerging technologies such as agentic AI and digital therapeutics. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate product strategy and progress to diverse audiences. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA compliance.
