We're looking for a Project Manager to lead individual workstreams within our broader business transformation program. You will help support the implementation, development and iteration of workstreams within a program within the overall business transformation strategy. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that improve how the business operates - spanning process redesign, systems implementation, and organizational change; while working closely with the Transformation Lead and business stakeholders to ensure outcomes stick. YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF: Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality Translate a transformation charter into a detailed project plan with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies Run regular status reporting (RYG statuses) and escalate risks and blockers before they become critical Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with stakeholders across Ops, IT, Finance, and other impacted teams Maintain project's RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and drive mitigation actions to closure Manage resource needs in coordination with the team’s capacity planning process Partner with change management resources to ensure adoption, not just technical completion of project deliverables Conduct stage reviews and present go/no-go recommendations to the steering committee Run post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned for the broader team members Oversee implementation, delivery and closure of multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and on schedule Liaise with stakeholders to define the scope, timeline, resources required and define any risk management plans Define clear roles and responsibilities of the participating team members within each initiative Lead multiple project streams with successful turnarounds to achieve timelines Identify risks, prepare contingency and recovery plans in the event of project delays Develop strategies to ensure efficient resource planning and allocation in alignment with the team's strategy Apply change management processes to manage stakeholders’ expectations throughout the life cycle of a project, specifically managing changes to a project (added feature/requirements, extended deadline, added budget) YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE: 6+ years of project management experience, ideally including business transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation projects 6+ years of experience in managing multiple end-to-end project life cycles Preferred experience in Business Transformation projects and implementation experience working with multiple teams to focus on driving financial and operational results including behavioral changes such as design change strategy, assessing stakeholder impact, and organizational readiness Identify project risks, prepare contingency and project recovery plans Ability to quickly gain the trust and respect of senior stakeholders internally and with outside vendors Experience in budgeting, scoping, scheduling and driving projects from initiation to delivery Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and drive alignment across business users, vendors, and stakeholders Strong working knowledge of project management fundamentals: charters, schedules, budgets, risk registers, change control Comfort working in both structured such as waterfall and iterative (Agile) delivery environments Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate technical or operational complexity into clear updates for executive audiences Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence) and standard reporting formats Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Based in US Eastern Time What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months Fully onboarded onto a few active transformation workstreams Established a reliable status reporting cadence with team members Feeling comfortable with follow ups within cross-functional team members involved in a workstream Algolia does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, military status, veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law. The annual base salary compensation range for this role reflects market pay data within this location. The annual base salary compensation range for this role reflects market pay data within this location. The Enterprise Commerce - Data team focuses on designing and supporting integrations that enable thousands of customers to seamlessly link their commerce platforms with Algolia. What You Will Do • Design, develop, and evolve Algolia's Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) integration, with ownership of its architecture, scalability, and long-term technical direction, while contributing to other integrations as needed. • Own technical work from design through delivery and ongoing improvement. • Write technical RFCs and contribute to architecture and design decisions. • Improve the quality, reliability, and maintainability of the integration. • Investigate and resolve complex integration issues, partnering across Engineering, Product, Support, and customer-facing teams to provide technical solutions within the integration. • Provide technical input to support roadmap planning, including level-of-effort estimates and identifying opportunities to improve and evolve the integration. What You Might Bring • Extensive Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) experience, with deep knowledge of SFRA, cartridges, hooks, jobs, services, and B2C Commerce APIs, including designing and maintaining production SFCC integrations. • Strong JavaScript skills and experience with requireJs, TypeScript and Node.js. • Experience integrating commerce platforms with external APIs and services. • Solid software engineering fundamentals, including automated testing, maintaining existing test suites, debugging, code quality, and maintainable design. • Ability to own complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement reliable engineering solutions. • Ability to communicate technical findings, remediation plans, and trade-offs clearly through technical documentation and RFCs. • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn, share knowledge, and work across technologies when needed. • Alignment with Algolia's Core Values: Grit, Trust, Care, Candor, and Humility. • Excellent spoken and written English.
