We are seeking a VP of Communications to lead and enhance our internal and external communication strategies. This leadership role involves overseeing all communication initiatives to ensure consistent and positive messaging that aligns with Podium’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities: • Executive Communication Strategy: Define and drive Podium’s global communication vision, aligning strategies with organizational objectives and positioning the company as an industry leader. • Brand Stewardship & Public Voice: Serve as a primary spokesperson and guardian of Podium’s reputation, ensuring consistent, compelling, and authentic messaging across all platforms. • Media & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain high-level relationships with media, industry influencers, investors, and other key stakeholders to strengthen Podium’s influence and visibility. • Crisis & Issues Leadership: Oversee crisis communication planning and execution, advising the executive team and Board on reputational risk, and ensuring swift, effective responses. • Executive Team Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO, CPO, and leadership team to support strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and organizational change communications. • Organizational Alignment: Ensure communication strategies are integrated across marketing, product, HR, and operations to advance enterprise-wide goals and foster cultural cohesion. • Team Development & Leadership: Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing communications organization, cultivating talent and driving innovation in messaging, storytelling, and channel use. Qualifications: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred. • Extensive Experience: 15+ years in communications, public affairs, or related disciplines, including 7+ years in senior leadership with demonstrated impact at the enterprise level. • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to shape corporate narrative, influence stakeholders, and deliver communication strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. • Media & Industry Expertise: Deep relationships with top-tier media, analysts, and thought leaders, with a record of securing high-value visibility. • Crisis & Reputation Management: Demonstrated success navigating complex, sensitive issues and guiding executive decision-making under pressure. • Executive Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and inspire diverse audiences. Compensation: $245,900 - $262,704 Annually - The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position, Salary for this role is commensurate with prior experience. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. We are looking for a Senior IT Application engineer for a remote position in the United States. This is a succession position that will be split 70/30 in application management and project management. This position may have up to 10% travel. Study and master the Algolia user tech stack, inside and outside of IT, including both fine-level details and overarching strategic goals. Administrate the IS and IAM tech stack with specialization in Okta, Gsuite, Atlassian, Obsidian and Slack. Coordinate across Algolia teams to design and manage effective and efficient internal SaaS deployments. Ally with Information Security and Infrastructure teams to maintain the safety of our people and products. Create documentation to enable end users to interact with our hardware and software systems. Engage in the development of less experienced engineers. Requirements 7+ years of technical support experience. 7+ years managing IT environments. A Masters in Computer Science or its equivalent. Expertise with macOS and Windows as well as familiarity with Linux.
