Encounter Data Submissions Program Manager

Lead the development and oversight of encounter data submission and reconciliation processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. | Minimum 4 years of experience with Medicare Advantage or ACA encounter data, X-12 837 knowledge, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SQL and business software. | The Encounter Data Submissions Program Manager will assist in the development of an end to end Encounter Data Submission and Reconciliation program, to include creation of program guide and standard operating procedures. The program manager will collaborate across teams to better understand and evaluate ROI of existing Alternate Submission Method (ASM) workstreams, as well as potential ROI improvements as a result of workflow efficiencies and enhancements. Additionally, once established, the program manager will oversee daily EDS and reconciliation processes. This Manager will lead the design and implementation of Aledade’s end-to-end Encounter Data Submission and Reconciliation program, including the creation of comprehensive program guides and Standard Operating Procedures. You will act as a cross-functional leader, evaluating the ROI of existing Alternate Submission Method (ASM) workstreams and driving workflow enhancements that directly improve data accuracy and operational efficiency. Once established, you will provide oversight of the daily EDS and reconciliation processes, ensuring that clinical encounter data—the lifeblood of value-based care—is accurately captured, validated, and submitted to payers and CMS with total integrity. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office. \n Primary Duties Assist in the development of programming documentation and SOPs, to include routine maintenance and update of program documents Identify and establish ASM process with additional eligible payers Provide support to CSO in efforts to increase practice “opt-in” to ASM processes Create and transmit ASM files to all relevant payers on an established cadence Maintain annual CMS and payer submission deadlines Maintain and update payer specific ASM templates annually Maintain and update payer specific submission methods annually Reconcile ASM record submissions with payer and CMS EDS files Establish routine reconciliation process with payer and CMS files Integrate accepted ASM submitted diagnosis data into existing risk reporting dashboards Provide ongoing monitoring of provider diagnosis submission and truncation trends Develop process for consistent monitoring of existing dropped diagnosis and truncation dashboards for early identification of diagnosis submission errors Collaborate with senior leadership and legal partners to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to submission of “add” and “delete” diagnoses Develop a process to identify and submit diagnoses appropriately identified through routine CDI chart audits. Lead experiential marketing initiatives, develop localized campaigns, and foster relationships with healthcare providers to increase brand presence and lead generation. | 8+ years in field marketing or experiential marketing, healthcare industry experience, proficiency with marketing automation tools, and experience engaging with healthcare decision-makers. | The Field Marketing Manager will elevate Aledade’s brand and market presence with experiential events by creating memorable experiences for our independent primary care and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) partners. This role will lead the field marketing strategy in an assigned priority market for Aledade and will bridge Network Development (Sales), Performance Network (PN), Marketing, and Brand Strategy teams to design and execute impactful, localized engagement strategies to increase market penetration and brand awareness. By fostering meaningful relationships with independent physicians, healthcare associations, and FQHCs, this role will help drive the adoption of value-based care in their communities and generate new leads through targeted experiential events and curated messaging that resonates with local healthcare providers. Primary Duties: • Lead Experiential Strategy. Design and manage experiential events, including roundtable dinners, tradeshows, networking events, webinars, and regional partnership activations, to build authentic relationships and enhance brand affinity. • Develop Market-Specific Campaigns. Create and localize high-impact campaigns, messaging, and materials tailored to each assigned market, collaborating with Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy and Portfolio Marketing to align with Aledade’s value proposition and the needs of regional providers. • Partner Cross-functionally with Network Development Leadership to Develop Strategic ABM Tactics. Identify and execute targeted account-based marketing strategies to accelerate the sales funnel, leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating closely with Regional Sales Directors, Growth Development Reps (GDRs) and Network Development Leaders (NDLs). • Market Engagement & Lead Generation. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, subject matter experts, influencers, and medical societies, acting as a trusted partner and advocate for value-based care in local communities. • Analytics, Reporting & Process. Leadership Measure and report field marketing impact through quantitative and qualitative KPIs. Use performance insights to refine campaigns and support the broader field marketing roadmap. Mentor junior staff and streamline event processes where needed. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, event marketing or experiential marketing, preferably within healthcare or a health system • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated state(s) and occasionally nationally for conferences, events, and meetings (approximately 35%) • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation technology, preferably Hubspot. Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities: • Experience engaging with executive-level leaders, including physicians and healthcare decision-makers • Experience developing and executing regional marketing plans aligned with local KPIs and market dynamics • Demonstrated success in creating and executing experiential marketing tactics that drive lead generation, engagement and deepen relationships • Able to solve complex challenges creatively while managing multiple stakeholders • Strong understanding of the value-based care landscape and experience working with independent physicians, physician organizations, and FQHCs • Excellent ability to lead cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams and foster partnerships grounded in Aledade’s mission • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience in organizing and managing executive-level events and community engagements • Demonstrable experience successfully managing Agile projects Physical Requirements: • Must carry a valid driver’s license and be able to drive within assigned territory • Must be able to travel via plane when needed • Sitting for prolonged periods of time.
