Overview The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising company strategy related to domestic, international, VAS and cartage freight warehouse operations through an understanding of industry trends and best practices. Work with international, domestic and cartage operations staff and internal AIT functions to provide the best overall warehouse service Responsibilities Support warehouse operations staff in the day-to-day activities of Domestic, International, Pick Pack and Ship, and Cartage Freight Warehouse and Department personnel. Meet directly with local warehouse supplier/tools/equipment providers through all communication levels (email, phone, meeting, provider site visits). Utilize negotiation and communication skills to obtain desired results Develop an AIT baseline of operations and benchmark to industry standards for AIT logistics areas such as warehousing for domestic, international, and “Pick Pack and Ship” helping to identify opportunities for cost and service improvement. Reach out to peers through attendance of seminars, industry events, education settings and corporate contact. Supervise and oversee daily domestic service and operations activities as it relates to cartage, freight movement and dispatch pickup/delivery quotes Provide an effective warehousing system that delivers a high level of service to both external and internal customers. Identify opportunities within the affected areas and partner with Terminal / Station Manager to implement new solutions through project management protocols and elimination of constraints. Review and suggest changes to permanent and temporary staff as needed to ensure the warehouse department are able to meet company goals. Achieve warehouse expense goals by working with various AIT internal groups to develop, implement and monitor warehousing logistic metrics. Overview The Manager, Regional Security is responsible for overseeing and managing security operations, programs, and contractor compliance team within a specific geographic area, or region for a company or organization. Overview The Account Manager II will primarily focus on crafting complex solutions for large and/or critical clients while driving continuous improvements with their current portfolio. This role will be the main point of contact responsible for proactively growing, managing and expanding the account health of a portfolio through retaining and strengthening customer relationships and promoting company's services and products. The Account Manager II will partner with the following internal functional groups: field sales (AE's), account management, customer service, and carrier teams to ensure AIT is meeting the customers' expectations, communication, load execution, problem resolution, and account profitability for a customer portfolio. Responsibilities Maintain and grow key stakeholder relationships within a portfolio of existing customers, both external and internal, by proactively crafting solutions that enable the customer to meet their goals while driving results in revenue, volume and profitability for AIT Truckload Solutions Become a trusted advisor for critical clients by identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities in order to enhance the business relationship Own the daily load board management process and partner with Carrier Sales team on coverage status of each shipment. Proactively communicate the status and performance updates to the customer in a timely manner Communicate with customer regarding pricing, accessorials and cost adjustments and partner with the Sales / Management team to complete RFP's. Regularly analyze customer profitability and take action to adjust pricing or commitments with customer. Prepare and lead customer reviews (i.e. Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Monthly Business Review (MBR)) Consistent with continuous improvement efforts, present business analytics and feedback to the customer on a regular and ongoing basis Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting carrier breakdowns and other order exceptions Maintain Account Receivable aging within AIT TS terms and actively pursue past-due invoices and short-pays in collaboration with internal collections team Create, maintain and update SOP’s are up to date and followed for all customers in portfolio. Coordinate with Account Executive or Management, as needed.
