About the Role As Director of Talent at Airship, you will be the functional owner of our global recruitment function. You will have end-to-end accountability for all talent acquisition activities across every geography (US, EMEA, APAC) and business function (Engineering, Revenue, Solutions, Marketing, G&A). This role is the single point of ownership for company-wide recruitment strategy, execution, and outcomes. This is a hands-on role.
