Who we are looking for and what you will do We are looking for an experienced AI and analytics leader who combines strong strategic thinking with practical solution design skills. As an AI Solutions Architect, you will be part of our AI Strategy Practice, lead end-to-end AI strategy engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders so that they can make informed recommendations on AI approaches, platforms, and architectures. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, AI capabilities, and modern data platforms, helping clients translate AI ambition into scalable, governed, and value-driven solutions. You bring a strong understanding of AI and GenAI capabilities, enterprise data platforms, and analytics ecosystems, with the ability to design solution architectures, make recommendations on appropriate tooling and explain technical tradeoffs without needing to code or build models yourself. You can speak credibly with architects and engineers while remaining grounded in business outcomes and adoption. You are an effective facilitator and communicator, capable of leading workshops, guiding decision-making, and presenting to executive audiences. You will be responsible for monitoring new trends emerging within GenAI and determine the impact to our overarching firm POV. You thrive in ambiguity, operate independently, and know how to balance strategy with actionable execution. You have experience identifying and delivering AI use cases across functions and industries which deliver real, tangible value in an enterprise setting that can be easily measured and understood. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end AI strategy engagements, including engagement planning, client management, delivery execution, and executive readouts. • Lead AI and GenAI strategy workshops with business and technology stakeholders to identify, structure, and prioritize high-value use cases, with minimal oversight. • Assess client current-state data, analytics, and AI maturity across people, process, technology, and governance; synthesize findings into clear strategic implications and recommendations. • Define future-state AI capabilities, operating models, and governance frameworks that enable scalable, responsible, and value-driven AI adoption. • Act as the AI solution architect within strategy engagements by designing conceptual and logical AI architectures, identifying appropriate AI patterns, and guiding platform and tooling decisions. • Translate strategic intent into execution-ready artifacts, including AI roadmaps, use-case backlogs, reference architectures, and delivery sequencing plans. • Partner closely across practice teams to ensure alignment between strategy, solution design, and downstream implementation. • Evaluate technical options and tradeoffs and make informed recommendations grounded in business objectives. • Develop business cases and value frameworks that quantify the expected impact of AI initiatives and support investment decisions. • Lead executive-level communications, including steering committee updates, decision briefings, and final strategy readouts. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. • 6+ years of experience in AI, analytics, data, or digital transformation roles, including consulting or enterprise advisory experience. • Proven experience leading client engagements independently, including planning, facilitation, delivery, and executive communication. • Strong working understanding of AI and GenAI solution patterns, analytics architectures, and modern data platform design using Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Experience designing conceptual and logical AI architectures, operating models, and roadmaps that guide downstream implementation. • Ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and make platform or approach recommendations aligned to business needs. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior executives. Strong technical curiosity, with the ability to collaborate on data-driven AI and analytics solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills. Experience managing multiple engagements and teams simultaneously. Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and analytics applications in Retail and CPG is preferred.
