Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD Essential job functions: • Partners cross-functionally to create and communicate a thorough and accurate picture of current state business processes. • Provides detailed analysis to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain, while developing clear, robust business cases for those opportunities. • Intake information that accurately models business processes' effectiveness and efficiency, focused on process quality, time, and costs. • Leverages project management skills to assist with planning, testing and deployment of process changes, while considering the timeline of overall organizational initiatives and priorities. • Leads analysis of current-state business processes and utilizes continuous improvement methodologies to provide recommendations for improvement and efficiency. • In partnership with other Procurement Services departments, Ddevelops reporting that highlights where process improvement initiatives are performing relative to targets and suggests opportunities for improvement based on analysis. • Aid in the identification and development of best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline business processes. • Monitor performance by incorporating observations of key supply chain KPIs and targeted process outcomes to identify potential focus areas for the overall supply chain continuous improvement agenda and savings targets. • Utilizes disciplines of DMAIC, DMADV, Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies to support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values. Qualifications: • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field is required. • Experience • 3-5 years or combined experience in supply chain, logistics, retail, merchandising, category, pricing, procurement, distribution, or project management. • Lean Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement Certification preferred (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.) preferred. Knowledge: • Business process and/or continuous improvement experience • Knowledge of DMAIC, DMADV, and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies • Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain networks Skills: • Strong project management skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to present business cases for approval. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong customer and results focus. • Experience working with cross-functional teams. • Ability to influence without authority. • Active listener with an ability to build trust across varying levels of the organization Attention to detail. • Abilities: Proven problem solving/trouble shooting. • * Highly motivated, independent performer. • Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple requests. • Ability to perform in a complex and changing environment. • Curiosity mindset drives the ability to discover root causes. Takes initiative to drive results. • ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560 IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480 All ADUSA job offers take multiple factors into consideration including, but not limited to salary range, internal equity, a candidate's qualifications, geographic region, job-related knowledge and skills.
