The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, with a passion for engaging audiences and building brand awareness. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and drive engagement across various channels. Responsibilities • Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies that align with our brand goals. • Create compelling content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content. • Conduct SEO and keyword research to enhance visibility and reach of social media campaigns. • Monitor social media trends, engage in social listening, and respond to audience inquiries in a timely manner. • Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing graphics that complement written content. • Manage relationships with influencers and partners to expand brand reach through public relations efforts. • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. • Assist in video editing and photography for social media content creation. • Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication. Requirements • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields. • Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook Advertising, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools is preferred. • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance metrics effectively. • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content. • Ability to conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices within social media content. • Experience in e-commerce is a plus; understanding of branding principles is essential. • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. • A proactive approach to learning new tools and techniques in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
