What you’ll do as Inside Sales Director: The role leads five geographically aligned support pods comprising Inside Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Lead Qualifiers, establishing consistent standards Lead, coach, and develop the North America Inside Sales organization, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and speed to competence across five regional pods.
