Your Mission: As our Senior Product Manager, Mobile, you will transform AfterShip’s mobile app, serving millions of monthly active users into the world’s most intelligent post-purchase experience platform. As the single-threaded owner, you will define the strategic vision and drive execution of data-driven and AI-powered innovations that turn order tracking into a proactive experience, creating value for both customers and brands. Reporting to the Head of Product (Omnichannel), you will work closely with Engineering (R&D), Design, QA, Product Marketing, and Algorithm teams (data scientists/ML engineers) to build products that anticipate customer needs and reduce delivery friction. This US-based, remote role requires frequent work during APAC hours to collaborate with distributed teams. What You’ll Do: Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of AfterShip’s mobile app, driving growth, engagement, and retention for millions of monthly active users. Define and deliver a product vision focused on data-driven and AI-powered post-purchase experiences, translating insights into actionable requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. Partner with User Research, Design, Engineering, QA, and Algorithm teams to create intuitive, high-quality mobile experiences that delight users and drive feature adoption. Use metrics, A/B testing, and KPIs to inform decisions, measure impact, and optimize the product iteratively while building toward a long-term roadmap. Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, championing the voice of the customer. Deliver measurable success in user growth, retention, feature adoption, app store ratings, and business impact, while aligning teams around shared goals and validating a multi-year product vision. Who We're Looking For: 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on mobile apps (iOS/Android). Proven track record of leading and scaling consumer-facing mobile products with large user bases (500K+ MAU preferred). Experience defining product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps. Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle, platform constraints, and app store optimization. Experience designing and delivering AI/ML-powered features in consumer products. Proficiency with mobile analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase) and A/B testing frameworks. Your Mission: We are looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Manager to act as the owner and architect of AfterShip’s GTM systems, with a strong mandate to rebuild, standardize, and scale existing platforms using modern RevOps best practices. This role is ideal for someone who has inherited complex or organically-grown systems and successfully rebuilt them—simplifying architecture, improving data integrity, and aligning configuration to how GTM teams actually operate. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, this individual contributor role is part of AfterShip’s global RevOps team. This is a remote position that involves collaboration with cross-regional teams in Asia and Europe and may require flexibility to work outside standard business hours. What You’ll Do: Own day-to-day administration and long-term evolution of our GTM systems, including HubSpot, DealHub, Planhat, Gong, and Outreach. Lead system rebuilds and re-architecture initiatives, including CRM and GTM tooling cleanups, grounded in RevOps best practices and configuration standards. Assess existing system setups, identify technical debt, and execute rebuild plans that improve usability, scalability, and data quality. Translate GTM strategy and business requirements into clean system design, including objects, workflows, automations, integrations, and permissions. Partner with the Data team using BigQuery and Tableau, enabling Reverse ETL for enrichment and operational activation. Establish and enforce data governance, naming conventions, documentation standards, and change management processes.
