The role will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of small to large-scale projects across the project lifecycle - from conceptual studies to full design and construction administration. Responsible for planning and managing project staffing requirements, reporting project performance, and identifying and addressing scope creep, schedule, or quality issues to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects. Manages one or more complex projects, involving a combination of the following projects involving a full spectrum of engineering services offered by AECOM. Provides project and technical task management for one or more simultaneous projects. Identifies problems, determines accuracy and relevance of information, uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and makes recommendations. Reviews contracts, prepares fee proposals, and project execution strategies. Manages sub-consultant scope, fees, deliverable, and performance. Good presentation and communication skills in English. Good report and proposal writing skills. Client Relationships: Ability to assist in developing new client relationships and to strengthen existing client relationships. Ability to identify, understand and focus on clients’ key requirements. Team leadership: good team leadership skills. Self-starter, energetic, pro-active. Strong Team player. Qualifications Minimum Requirements BS in Engineering or BA in Architecture + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer Registration Ability to attain a State of Hawaii Professional Engineer Registration within 12 months. Project Management experience in related infrastructure type projects. Experience with computer aided design (AutoCAD). Experience with ArcGIS. Previous experience in leading projects with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget parameters are met by the company.
