As we scale rapidly, we're seeking a marketing leader to build and own the marketing function from the ground up. Role Overview We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to drive brand growth, lead generation, and market positioning. You will be the first dedicated marketing leader and will work closely with the VP of Provider Solutions, sales team, and customer success to fuel Provider1st’s next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an early-stage, fast-moving environment and can balance strategy with execution. Key Responsibilities Define and execute a marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets and growth goals. Establish clear messaging and value proposition for our core offerings. Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas. Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars). Create sales collateral: one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and objection-handling sheets. Identify and lead our industry conference presence Track and report on marketing-attributed pipeline and closed-won deals. Develop a strong content engine: blog posts, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, white papers. Create case studies and co-marketing opportunities with clients. Develop nurture programs to drive retention and referrals. Safeguard patient records and manage data transfers in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational regulations. Scan and validate medical records for upload.
