Report any customer service issues or potential HIPAA violations. Inform the Supervisor about any work difficulties or special requests. Help with extra tasks when needed. Stay informed about HIPAA regulations and facility policies. Use Microsoft Word and Excel for back-end tasks. Ensure accurate data entry. Be flexible and handle challenging situations professionally. HEDIS auditor trainee is responsible for learning and applying the concepts of HEDIS based on HEDIS Technical Specifications and client guidance as portrayed in Advantmed training material. This role involves training on HEDIS measures, which includes all recorded measure trainings, recorded demo records to ensure an understanding on how to abstract in the tool, any recorded supplemental training, supplemental and measure training assessments, and test records in the training portal. This role is a prerequisite for the auditor position where you will be providing knowledge transfer of the information you learned during training, to abstractors during their training phase and during the live season. • Must acquire a base score of 97.5% overall. • Complete all training in the defined timeline. • Must attempt all training as scheduled in the HEDIS training planner which will be provided on Day 1 of your training or communicate to HEDIS Manager with any changes in schedule. • Must have a professional attitude and willingness to learn.
