Supporting construction and engineering projects with planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting. | At least three years of project management experience in construction or related industries, with skills in scheduling, cost estimation, and reporting. | Locations: Detroit, Michigan | North Charleston, SC | North Charleston, SC | Columbia, SC Applicants must be authorized to work for any United States employer. ACM is unable to sponsor or take over any sponsorships for an employment visa. Candidate will have at least three (3) years of project management and coordination experience in the construction industry. Position(s) are within the utility, energy/power, heavy construction, and/or engineering industry. Possession of excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of people and groups, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a complex environment with multiple priorities is highly preferred. Project management positions supporting our clients include planning and schedule development, task duration and construction cost estimating, resource analysis, report design and development, total cost management, routine statusing, and reporting responsibilities may involve interface with senior client personnel, including director and vice president levels. Duties include experience with database and cost controls systems, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and scheduling systems. ACM employees perform CPM Scheduling functions and all associated deliverables and or cost collection, risk identification, and projections and forecast reporting duties. Reporting complexity may coincide with project stage-gate phases. Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to improve team performance; as well as a thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities. Strong organizational and analytical skills and experience supporting an environment of collaboration and interdependence.
