As well as, oversee timely execution of import and export shipments for both logistics and trade compliance. As part of the Supply Chain team, this position will have regional responsibilities for trade & int'l logistics (imports & exports). This position will support the NA Trade Compliance and Int'l Logistics Manager along with leadership at each location including, but not limited to, Human Nutrition, Flavors, Health and Wellness, and Specialty Commodities and will report through the NA Flavors Supply Chain Team. . Audit invoices for entry accuracy and fees, code & approve for accounts payable (a/p). • Management of ensuring compliance related licenses (SFCA, etc.) are obtained and renewed on an annual basis. • Interface with customs brokers, suppliers and service providers to ensure consistency with defined import/export processes and full compliance for all transactions, including issuance of clearance instructions, monitoring record keeping, and internal and external auditing. Maintains country specific records, Free Trade Agreement (FTA) files, prepare forms required for global import/export, as applicable. • Audit import entries and export transactions as applicable, to reconcile and ensure accuracy of broker charges. This position is essential in keeping the sales process running efficiently—managing meeting logistics, assisting with trade show preparations, maintaining CRM accuracy, and supporting sales team initiatives. Major Accountabilities Distributor Account Support • Manage contracts, pricing updates, and performance tracking for the assigned distributor account. • Coordinate and participate in scheduled calls to review performance, upcoming priorities, and goals. • Serve as the primary point of contact for the distributor, ensuring clear communication with internal teams. • Facilitate issue resolution by connecting cross-functional teams quickly and effectively. Lead & Sales Support Management • Review and qualify incoming leads before assigning them to the appropriate sales team member. • Maintain accurate lead and account records in CRM, ensuring timely updates and follow-up. • Track and report on lead performance metrics to support sales strategy. Sales Coordination & Administrative Support • Assist in scheduling, preparing, and following up on internal and external sales meetings. • Coordinate trade show and event logistics, including materials, booth schedules, and post-event follow-up. • Prepare and update sales presentations, reports, and other customer-facing documents. • Provide general administrative support to the sales team to help meet revenue and customer service objectives.
