What You’ll Do • Possess a deep understanding of import tool in terms of its users, business value, technical landscape, and how it relates to other areas of the larger Addepar system. • Assist the lead product manager with researching, defining and scoping new functionality, including producing easy to understand examples to assist developers. • Run last-resort support for import tool questions and issues coming in from various go-to-market and support teams internally. Ensure understanding and drive updates to product content to help avoid the same issues being raised multiple times. • Perform correctness testing on new import tool enhancements, including thorough validation of different combinations of import options and layering intersecting functionality. Who You Are • 3+ years of product management experience or relevant domain-specific experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills working with vendors, clients and internal stakeholders • Ability to partner with engineering to define the functional and technical implementation to solve a business problem. This includes understanding of high level data development concepts, and the ability to write and review technical requirements documents • Proven ability to plan, design, and manage numerous projects simultaneously • Track record of effective problem solving abilities, self-motivation to take on responsibility, and a strong team-player mentality • Passion for the finance and technology space • Experience working with financial data and concepts relevant to Addepar’s clients and products strongly preferred, but not required for consideration Our Values • Act Like an Owner - Think and operate with intention, purpose and care.
