Requirements 3-5 years of direct experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft Advertising platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of both platforms' mechanisms and strategies. Current Google Ads Certification, with comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure campaign compliance and effectiveness. Proficiency in HTML and CSS, enabling advanced ad customization and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively, enhancing ad performance and user experience. Familiarity with Google Analytics or equivalent third-party analytics tools, for detailed campaign tracking, analysis, and optimization. Compensation Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and bonuses, targeting a total annual compensation range of $79,000 - $104,000. The salary is $58,000 annually.
