We are currently looking for a rockstar Account Executive to join the team. Based in the United States, but also with the ability to work remotely, you will have proven SaaS software sales experience in the Legal Industry. In this opportunity, you will help grow the Actionstep Emerging Market customer base in an underserved market of over 400K smaller law firms across the US. As someone who is self-motivated and results orientated, you will generate new customer opportunities through effective prospecting, delivery of outbound activities, solutioning, funnel management, forecasting and closing sales. Actionstep is expanding its product portfolio and adding richer AI functionality across the platform to deepen customer value, accelerate cross-sell revenue, and introduce new add-on modules that increase competitive differentiation. This role leads the planning, execution and evangelizing of new product creation for our global markets. THE PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE The purpose of this role is to support and improve revenue systems, data, and processes that enable sales execution, forecasting, and growth across the business. This includes helping ensure Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack are reliable, accurate, and aligned to support pipeline generation, deal execution, and customer expansion. A key part of this role is partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to understand their operational needs and help translate them into effective systems and workflows. Through clear communication, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset, this role helps build trust in our data, confidence in our systems, and alignment across teams. This role supports the company’s ability to scale by improving how we use technology, automation, and data to enable revenue growth and deliver a better experience for both customers and internal teams. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Salesforce Administration & User Support Serve as first-line support for Salesforce-related requests and questions from Sales, SDR, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships Troubleshoot common Salesforce issues (access, visibility, errors, workflow behavior, reporting discrepancies) Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy updates Support updates to fields, page layouts, record types, and picklists Escalate architectural or high-risk changes to the Director of Sales Operations Data Quality & Hygiene Monitor and improve data quality across Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Activities, and related objects Assist with duplicate management, normalization, and cleanup efforts Support data imports/exports and enrichment processes Help maintain alignment between Salesforce and connected systems Automation & Process Support Assist in building and maintaining simple Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automation under guidance Help test and QA changes in sandboxes before production deployment Support documentation of Salesforce processes and system behavior Reporting & Sales Insights Help build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for Sales leadership and RevOps Investigate and help resolve data and reporting inconsistencies GTM Systems Support Support operational workflows across the go-to-market tech stack, including but not limited to: Salesforce (CRM, reporting, automation) Outreach (sales engagement and sequencing) 6sense (intent data and account targeting) Ortto (marketing automation) Proposify (proposal generation) Help ensure data flows correctly between systems and flag issues when discrepancies arise Assist with user questions related to these tools and their Salesforce integrations User Enablement Create and maintain Salesforce documentation, process guides, and training materials Support onboarding and training for new Sales team members Promote best practices for CRM usage and data hygiene Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external parties ensuring transparent, proactive and effective communication always. These features include foundational enterprise capabilities such as Business Intelligence and other business management or scale-related needs specific to mid-sized and large law firms. As Snr. Product Manager – Enterprise, you will take ownership of product initiatives from concept through launch and into post-release refinement and lifecycle management. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, a keen understanding of enterprise law firm customer needs, and the ability to prioritize trade-offs for both immediate customer impact and long-term platform scalability. What You Will Be Doing: • In this role, you will be a North America based representative of the global product team, working on global projects and engaging customers, partners and the market on the future of law firm Enterprise Product Ownership: • Own and evolve a number of enterprise-specific product capabilities, particularly our Business Intelligence roadmap, including reporting, dashboards and AI powered platform-wide insights. • Engage directly with large and mid-sized law firms to validate needs and pain points, and translate them into scalable product requirements. • Ensure features are enterprise-ready in terms of scalability, security, configurability, and compliance. Delivery Execution: • Drive initiatives from discovery through delivery using agile and design-thinking practices. • Create clear, well-defined product requirements including PRDs, initiative phases, user stories, specs, wireframes, and user flows. • Collaborate with engineering and design to bring features to life, ensuring technical feasibility and high-quality outcomes. • Oversee testing, documentation, training enablement, and rollout planning to ensure successful launches and customer adoption. Requirements About You: • 5+ years in Product Management in a SaaS B2B environment, ideally with experience delivering enterprise-grade platform features, data focused projects, transformational products and the introduction of AI to traditional segments. • Proven success shipping products used by larger organizations, with an emphasis on data, permissions/access adherence and configurability, and cross-department usability. • Strong customer-centric mindset and experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including legal IT, compliance, and legal ops teams. • Able to distill complex technical concepts into actionable requirements and explain them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience working in agile product teams, with strong prioritization and execution skills. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Bonus Points: • Experience in legal tech or building tools for highly regulated environments. • Familiarity with Business Intelligence Products such as PowerBI, Tableau, QuickSight • Technical fluency in SaaS architecture, especially as it relates to multi-tenancy, secure integrations, or search infrastructure. • Previous work on global or multi-region product rollouts with compliance considerations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
