Your Impact We’re seeking a highly capable Assistant Channel Marketing Manager (ACMM) to join our global Marketing team. In this role, you will support Acre’s channel and partner ecosystem by driving world-class events, creating high-impact sales materials, and helping build and scale partner programs that strengthen our presence in the market. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and partner teams to ensure Acre’s brand and solutions are represented consistently and effectively worldwide. What You’ll Do Partner Program Support Assist in building and evolving Acre’s partner and channel marketing programs, including onboarding, training, certifications, loyalty tiers, and incentives. Support partner communications, including newsletters, product updates, program announcements, and resource distribution. Coordinate with Sales and Channel teams to maintain strong engagement with VARs, integrators, and distributors. Sales Enablement Materials Create, update, and manage high-quality sales materials (presentations, one-pagers, brochures, competitive positioning, product overviews). Support commercial teams with tools that improve partner conversations and accelerate deal cycles. Collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing to ensure materials stay aligned with brand and product strategy. Event Execution Develop and manage a strategic global events calendar aligned with sales, marketing, and partner objectives. Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure events support business priorities. Lead end-to-end planning and execution for global events, including vendor management, logistics, staffing, branding, booth design, and on-site coordination. Ensure consistent Acre brand presence across all global events. Deliver post-event reports with insights, lead quality, and ROI recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with global and regional marketing teams, product management, sales, and leadership to ensure alignment across all channel initiatives. Partner with creative teams to develop promotional assets for events, partner programs, and sales enablement. Budget & Reporting Track event and program budgets, vendor costs, and ROI. Support operational reporting for partner program performance, sales enablement utilization, and event effectiveness. What You’ll Bring 3–4 years of experience in marketing, events, partner programs, or sales enablement (security or B2B tech preferred). Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to create polished sales materials with strong messaging and design sensibility. Experience supporting or managing channel/partner ecosystems (VARs, distributors, integrators). Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Willingness to travel internationally (up to 35%). Track partner performance metrics and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders. Gather simple ROI inputs and consolidate performance insights. Technology Partnership Marketing Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to understand key technology integrations and strategic alliances. Build and execute co-marketing campaigns with technology partners (announcements, solution briefs, webinars, events, case studies). Coordinate partner launch kits and ensure messaging alignment for new integrations. Maintain a shared calendar of technology partner marketing activities. Partner Communication & Relationship Support Act as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries related to the program, portal, MDF, and co-marketing opportunities. Support Channel Sales in partner calls, QBRs, and planning sessions with prep materials and follow-ups. Assist in delivering partner enablement sessions, webinars, and global partner events. Gather partner insights and relay feedback to internal teams. Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with NAM and International Channel Marketing teams to support regional campaigns, events, and communications.
