We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team and support the successful delivery of projects that impact healthcare professionals and organizations nationwide. Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to completion. Support senior project managers in managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Track project progress and prepare regular status updates and reports. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals. Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Project Manager (internship experience may be considered). Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project) is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
