Manage clinic operations, assist physician with patient care and procedures, perform clinical tasks, and provide administrative support. | Management experience in health services, certifications in medical assisting or nursing, BLS certification, and strong communication skills. | Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Professional with management experience to join our clinic's team. The ideal candidate will have both certifications and management experience in and/or related to the Health Service Industry. Responsibilities: - Report directly to, and assist the owner / head physician with daily tasks - Manage the inter office operation of a small (less than 10 employees) pain management clinic - Assist physician with patient examinations and procedures - Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and documenting patient information - Administer medications under the direction of a physician - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Provide medical administrative support including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care Required Qualifications: -Previous Management experience within the Health Services Industry - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written - Basic computer skills, specifically related to data entry - A team player with a positive attitude and work ethic - An unbiased and tolerant opinion of all individuals of any race, religion, creed, or orientation Preferred Qualifications: - Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting, Nursing or related field of study - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology - Experience in hospital medicine is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic pain management environment where you can make a difference in patients' lives.
