Manage operational teams, oversee process improvements, and coordinate with external partners to ensure organizational efficiency. | Requires 7+ years in product management or operations, leadership experience, and healthcare or benefits industry knowledge, with strong communication and process design skills. | As the Manager of eN3 Product Operations, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of our operational staff and the seamless execution of our eN3 product. You will report directly to the VP of Product Services and serve as the primary link between high-level strategy and team performance. In this role, you will act as a “leader of leaders”, directly overseeing two Team Leads to drive organizational excellence and ensuring high-touch service delivery to a network of external partners, including clients and agents. Responsibilities: Manage team capacity and workload planning Define and monitor operational metrics and KPIs to drive accountability and track progress Coordinate work and priorities across teams to ensure alignment and resource allocation Approve and manage process changes at the team level to maintain operational stability Directly manage and mentor Team Leads, empowering them to manage their teams effectively while maintaining departmental cohesion Translate high-level objectives and strategies into actionable workstreams for Team Leads Serve as the primary operational liaison for external partners, stakeholders, and clients Lead onboarding of new hires, facilitate cross-training initiatives, and maintain robust continuity planning to protect against operational gaps Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to develop team members’ professional skills Manage escalations from the team and ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner Coordinate with VP of Product Services and collaborate with internal stakeholders (PMO, Software Development) to ensure operational alignment with product roadmap and organizational goals Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, Computer Science or other related field. 7+ years in product management or product operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior leadership experience required; 3+ years preferred. Experience in benefits, health insurance, or healthcare technology required. Ability to make decisions under pressure. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to design scalable, complex processes. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile preferred). Strong capability in creating technical requirements and process documentation. Exceptional ability to manage relationships with external clients and agents. The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. Lead and support a team of business analysts, manage workflows, ensure data quality, and collaborate on system improvements. | Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in a Business Analyst role, 1-3 years of leadership, experience with project management methodologies, and strong communication skills. | As a Team Lead at AccumTech, you will guide an operations team responsible for ensuring that enrollment data flows accurately and reliably each week. Your primary responsibility will be on ensuring the team’s operational rhythm and day-to-day effectiveness through direct supervision, workload management, and quality assurance. You’ll work closely with customers and partners and will serve as a point of escalation for complex data issues. You will be instrumental in maintaining the consistent, high-quality delivery of accurate enrollment data to our customers. The ideal candidate is an excellent people leader with a background in business analysis and data operations. You should enjoy coaching team members and serving as a hands-on expert in customer data requirements. Success in this role requires excellent communication and collaboration, a strong commitment to team accountability, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities Lead and support a team of business analysts by providing clarity on priorities, task direction, and performance expectations. Partner with the director to coach and mentor team members, helping elevate skills across the team. Serve as the primary escalation point for questions, blockers, risks, and quality concerns. Assign and balance workloads based on availability, skill sets, and project needs. Develop deep expertise in customer requirements, data structures, enrollment rules, and system capabilities. Oversee investigations into ad hoc data issues, ensuring consistent analytical standards. Design and refine specifications for internal processes and tools supporting customer implementations. Partner with Product and Development to help shape, prioritize, and accelerate system enhancements. Ensure team guidelines, process playbooks, and documentation are consistently maintained and updated. Communicate status, risks, requirements, and progress to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure project tracking boards, dashboards, and reporting tools remain accurate and current. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role; 1-3 years of leadership or mentorship experience preferred. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile preferred). Strong capability in creating technical requirements and process documentation. Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements for development teams. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex systems and custom software. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Experience coaching or developing team members is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability. The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually.
