The team partners with business units across trading, operations, finance, and sustainability to deliver IT solutions supporting platforms such as Hartigen PowerOptix, NetSuite, ETRM, Strategy, and Aveva PI. LOCATION: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid or On-Site, per company policy) WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Develop and execute IT communication strategies for system rollouts, upgrades, and integrations across platforms including NetSuite, PowerOptix, ETRM, Strategy, and Aveva PI. • Lead organizational change management efforts by building roadmaps, conducting impact assessments, and ensuring stakeholder readiness. • Design and deliver user-centric campaigns, training programs, and communication materials tailored to technical and non-technical audiences. • Engage stakeholders across multiple business units, acting as a liaison between IT and operations, finance, trading, and sustainability teams. • Oversee IT communication channels such as SharePoint, Teams, and intranet platforms, and leverage analytics to measure effectiveness. • Lead crisis and incident communication during outages, data issues, or cybersecurity events, ensuring timely and accurate updates. • Produce newsletters, intranet content, executive dashboards, and performance summaries to reinforce adoption and engagement. How Will You Qualify • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Technology, Environmental Studies, Organizational Change, or related field. • 5+ years of IT communications and change management experience, ideally in energy, utilities, or sustainability sectors. • Experience supporting platforms such as NetSuite, PowerOptix, ETRM systems, Strategy platforms, or Aveva PI is highly desirable. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. • Strong project/change management expertise, including stakeholder analysis, training development, and adoption metrics. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and content management systems. • Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and sustainability principles; certification in change management (Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
Develop and execute omnichannel paid media plans, manage vendor relationships, oversee campaign performance, and analyze data to optimize ROI. | 8-10 years managing retail or automotive media, experience in traditional and digital media strategy and execution, strong project management and analytical skills, proficiency with media and project management tools. | Location: • Primarily remote - NC preferred Responsibilities: • Develop omnichannel paid media plans aligned with audience insights, brand objectives, and sales funnel stages. • Evaluate and recommend optimal channel mix across SEM, paid social, programmatic video, OOH, audio, broadcast, print, and influencer partnerships. • Lead media buying and negotiation, managing vendor relationships, securing placements, and optimizing value-add opportunities. • Oversee campaign execution, monitoring performance in-platform and ensuring alignment with budget, pacing, and KPIs. • Analyze and interpret campaign data to provide clear insights that connect spend to ROI, sales growth, and market share. • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and insights teams while driving innovation through emerging channels and sustainable media practices. Requirements: • 8–10 years of experience managing media in retail or automotive is required • Experience with strategy AND execution with traditional and digital media • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines, agencies, budgets, and reporting. • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and deliver actionable insights. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficiency with media tools (Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite) and project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, Excel with Pivot Tables).
