Key Responsibilities • Work directly with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. • Understand and document KPI definitions, business rules, calculation logic, filters, dimensions, and reporting expectations. • Support requirements for SCM KPIs such as inventory, delivery, working capital, cost, people, order fill, vendor OTD, lead time, freight cost, PPV, and related operational measures. • Partner with data engineers and BI engineers to translate business requirements into data mapping, transformation, semantic model, and reporting specifications. • Help identify source system data gaps, quality issues, harmonization needs, and manual data requirements. • Coordinate with customer SMEs and data stewards for validation of business rules, KPI definitions, and UAT sign-off. • Review Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure alignment with business requirements and usability expectations. • Facilitate requirement workshops, walkthroughs, validation sessions, and issue-resolution discussions. • Maintain requirement traceability from business need to source data, transformation logic, semantic model, report output, and UAT acceptance. • Support change management by documenting new, changed, or deferred requirements clearly. Preferred Skills • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, data lakehouse concepts, or Bronze/Silver/Gold data architecture. • Prior experience in manufacturing analytics or supply chain transformation programs. • Familiarity with KPIs such as Healthy Inventory Ratio, Days of Supply, Aged Inventory, Cycle Count Accuracy, DPO, Order Fill, Vendor OTD, Lead Time, Freight % of Sales, Tariff Cost, PPV, Cost Savings, Headcount, and Attrition. • Experience working with global manufacturing sites or multi-site operational reporting. • Basic SQL understanding to support data validation and requirement analysis. • Experience working in Agile/Sprint-based delivery models.
