Exceptional technical writing and editing skills, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail. Proficiency in using data management tools (e.g., Excel, databases, or GIS) for application preparation. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. Experience/Education Preferred: 2 or more year's experience with application development Experience with similar housing programs 3+ years of relevant experience with HMGP housing programs Certification in emergency management (e.g., FEMA IS certifications, CEM) or grant writing. Experience with data visualization tools to support funding applications. Familiarity with disaster recovery and mitigation planning processes.
