This role focuses on aligning our offerings with current market demands while capitalizing on EXL’s strengths in data, artificial intelligence, performance marketing analytics and media execution (with key emphasis on consumer-based direct mail and digital channels). Candidates must have a unique blend of leadership, communication, problem-solving, and extensive experience in a managerial or strategic planning role. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities • Strategic planning: • Develop and implement long-term strategies for the service line to achieve business and organizational goals. • Serve as the strategic advisor and trusted partner to the EXL Industry Market units and Marketing Solutions leadership. • Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, financial reports, and operational data to monitor profitable growth and identify improvement opportunities. • Capability development: • Align EXL Marketing Solutions capabilities to prevailing and emerging needs, leveraging EXL’s competitive advantages in data, AI and performance marketing analytics and execution. • Lead business transformation discussions, translating performance marketing challenges into data-driven, tech-enable solutions • Sales Support / Thought Leadership: • Redefine Marketing Solutions value propositions and refine marketing collateral to support sales and growth including capability presentations, infographics, sales solution sheets, white papers and business cases. • Partner with EXL Industry Marketing Units to implement appropriate sales awareness and outreach programs (i.e., social media, direct outreach, etc.) • Lead efforts to reestablish Marketing Solutions leadership position at industry conferences / events. • Stakeholder communication: Communicate service line metrics, progress, and strategic plans for EXL leadership. • Leadership and team management: Lead and mentor teams by providing guidance on implementation.  JOB QUALIFICATIONS Key Qualifications • 10+ years combined experience in a big 4 consulting firm, performance marketing agency or marketing / data service provider serving Banking, Insurance and/or Life and Health industries. • Ability to bridge technology and business strategy, ideally with experience in cloud, MarTech platforms, marketing analytics, intelligent automation, or AI/ML. • Proven track record in building and growing strategic relationships and managing large transformation programs. • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative selling approach. • Prior extensive experience presenting capabilities and business cases at clients and industry events. • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred. This role focuses on driving collaboration across internal teams and clients to deliver integrated solutions that create measurable business impact. The Sr. AVP acts as a key connector, ensuring alignment between advisory, technology, and operations, while strengthening client relationships and supporting revenue growth across multiple engagements. Team Development Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and building capabilities in client management and solution design.   JOB QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 10 plus years in one or more of the following industries: CPG/Retail, Energy/Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Communications, Media, Sports & Gaming,with at least 5 years in a leadership or client-facing role. Proven track record in managing multimillion-dollar accounts, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams. Strong expertise in technical design discussions and the ability to provide strategic consulting to enable large-scale engagements is essential for this role. Pay: $18 - $19 1st Shift Hours: 6:30am to 3pm Responsibilities: • Check incoming deliveries to make sure all ordered material meets quality standards. • Load and unload packages • Organize stock in the most efficient way using forklifts, pallets, cranes etc. • Receive and check incoming pick tickets. • Pull material to fulfil orders properly. • Wrap orders and place them on trucks for delivery. • Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed. • Document orders, materials, and any stock movements Requirements and Skills: • Proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar position • Familiarity with voice picking systems or RF devices is a plus • Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks) • Strong communication skills • Dexterity and attention to detail • Organizational skills • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job • License to operate forklifts. • Availability to occasionally work overtime • High school diploma
