This role ensures safe, compliant, well-maintained environments through strong operational leadership, proactive maintenance management, and consistent service delivery. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, client service excellence, and multi-site operational oversight, with the ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and execute facilities programs across a complex, high-demand setting. Success in this role requires strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to providing an exceptional facilities experience for a variety of stakeholders. Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
