We’re supported by top, mission-driven VCs to empower families throughout the country. The Role We’re looking for an experienced and driven individual to join us as a Growth & Expansion Manager. You will report to the VP of Expansion. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in San Francisco, CA with the expectation to travel to new markets 40% of the time. In this role, you’ll build and implement our expansion playbook and execute unparalleled processes to help launch and shape our growth roadmap. Key Responsibilities: • Help define and execute the vision of the Expansion function end-to-end. You’ll define strategy for expansion, set northstar KPIs, build scalable processes, and drive mission-crucial initiatives to bring our program to new geographies and to thousands of new families. • Craft growth processes for scale and constantly experiment. You’re relentless about operational excellence. You’ll help take our operations team to new heights through constantly refining processes, designing systems, and constructing playbooks that will scale with exponential growth. • Partner with operations, clinical, and product teams across the company. You'll be a critical voice for shaping our roadmap to further our mission. • Enable Cross-Functional Support and Crisis Management: You will partner and collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership (e.g., Growth, Product, Finance, HR) to shape our strategy and execution across markets, provide resources for local needs, and establish risk management protocols for consistent handling of operational disruptions. • Build for Scale and Flexibility: We have grown exceptionally fast and expect that growth to continue to accelerate. That growth comes with the complexity of requirements that differ across the United States. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders to best balance optimal patient experience with varying regulatory requirements and that will support hypergrowth. It’s an interesting challenge that keeps us going everyday. • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing group of Expansion Associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Act as a leader within the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture and inspiring associates and teams across regions to uphold high operational standards and customer satisfaction. The Requirements: • At least 5+ years of operational or strategy experience. You’ve worked in consulting, banking, private equity, and have also worked in fast-paced operations of a startup or larger company, having experience in go-to-market and expansion. • Bonus points if you worked in healthcare or similar industries • Experience building and structuring operations teams on-the-ground. You’re a stellar project manager, recruiter, and leader when it comes to running a high-velocity operations function. • Experience with setting strategic direction. You’ll understand the company’s mission, influence strategic objectives, and execute toward measurable goals. • Experience in business analytics and metrics. This is a full-time, onsite position located in the Boston Metropolitan Area, with the office based in Braintree . You’ll oversee on-the-ground operations at our caregiving hub reporting to the General Manager. You’ll support caregiver training, clinical processes, and community engagement while ensuring compliance, logistics, and efficiency across teams.
