Professional Level Level 3 Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics, and travel for senior staff; anticipate conflicts and priorities. Drive the executive operating rhythm: set agendas, capture decisions, publish action logs, and ensure follow-up to closure. Prepare briefings, talking points, and executive presentations; distill complex inputs into clear, concise outputs. Orchestrate multi-stakeholder projects across Operations, Human Capital, PMO, BD, and Finance; surface risks, owners, and dates. Draft and edit executive correspondence, announcements, and meeting read-outs; maintain version control and distribution lists.
