This search is being handled confidentially. About the Role We’re hiring an experienced broadcast technology sales professional to own and grow a Western US territory. Candidates must be based in the Western US, ideally in the Los Angeles area and near a major airport. This role includes an existing customer base, a strong product portfolio, and a commission structure tied directly to quota performance. It offers genuine territory ownership and significant earning potential. Responsibilities • Manage and expand an existing book of business • Win new customers across broadcast, media, enterprise and government • Work closely with resellers and systems integrators • Sell broadcast infrastructure solutions including switchers, routing systems, signal processing and IP-based technologies • Lead demos, proposals and RFP responses • Represent the business at key industry events Qualifications • 5–7+ years of broadcast / professional video sales experience • Experience selling hardware-based or hybrid hardware/software solutions • Experience working with channel partners or systems integrators • Consultative sales approach Compensation • $120–130K base salary • $120K commission structure tied to quota • OTE $240–250K • Medical insurance provided • 401K planned for late 2026
