Scope of role This role serves as the strategic HR Business partner at UCC supporting assigned platforms/functions. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to the function and platform leaders, and their teams, and is responsible to develop and execute the people/talent agenda to deliver business priorities. The position reports to the VP of HR for the Urology and Critical Care business unit. Key Responsibilities Acts as a partner to the function and platform Leadership Teams to drive business growth, build talent and advance the culture. Engages with platform leader to pro-actively identify people-related issues and initiatives, provide leaders with regular updates on planned activity, advise managers on employee implications of people related business decisions, and act as coach to senior leadership. Responsible for the staffing process and partner with Talent Acquisition Team to maintain an active pipeline of talent, to ensure opened roles are filled timely with the right talent. Work in conjunction with the Total Rewards Team to coordinate the annual compensation process, and take part in discussions and reviewing proposals initiated by managers. Facilitate effective performance management practices by helping to define success, establish measurements, provide feedback, and reward performance. Provide guidance and advice to managers on performance issues and issue resolution. Act as an interface with legal and Employee Relations teams to ensure timely resolution of employee relation issues and prevent possible disputes or litigation. Partners closely with the UCC HR team and Leadership team to ensure alignment across business unit with regards to communication strategy and BU wide initiatives. Candidate Profile Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration, or related HR field. MBA preferred. 8-12 years of experience in HR, preferably in a reputed multinational company. Healthcare industry exposure preferred but not mandatory. Primary Responsibilities: Optimizes the customer marketing strategy and execution for customer communications in a Direct to Consumer (DTC) set up across the customer journey. Manages conversion, retention, value-add, survey and transactional communications, focused on KPI improvement. Defines and oversees the deployment of marketing campaigns including, lead nurture, retention, promotion, surveys that increases customer lifetime value (LTV) and other engagement metrics.
