Overview of Role As Director of Data & Analytics you will drive the company's data and analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap. This leader will identify and prioritize opportunities, foster innovation, and build a high-performing team, and oversee the design and deployment of data solutions, ensuring quality and scalability. Responsibilities Contribute to developing the Data and Analytics team’s vision, strategy, and practice roadmap Identify opportunities within our client accounts to help our customers improve their Data and Analytics strategies and implementations. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Data Platforming, Data Engineering, and Analytics and their potential applications. Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the Data and Analytics team. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Data and Analytics team. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and developing Data & Analytics teams. 5+ years of professional services experience delivering Data and Analytics projects. Deep understanding of Data Lake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Analytics, methods and tools with emphasis on Google Cloud products. Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Passion for Data as it relates to empowering business users and integration with AI features.
