In this exciting position you will be a valued member of our Radiation Oncology Solutions Global Supply Chain Excellence team play a pivotal role in defining and executing the cross-functional technology roadmap of the Supply Chain Management organization. Your responsibilities: Define, own, and continuously refine the global Supply Chain Management (SCM) technology strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and long‑term operational priorities. Develop and maintain a multi‑year SCM technology roadmap encompassing ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, control towers, advanced analytics, and automation platforms. Evaluate and assess emerging technologies (including AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and digital twins) to determine applicability, feasibility, and value for supply chain use cases. Serve as the primary technology partner for Supply Chain leadership, supporting functions such as operational procurement, manufacturing, order management, and logistics. Act as a strategic interface to IT, fostering alignment between business needs, technology capabilities, and enterprise architecture standards. Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and user‑centric technical solutions, ensuring strong integration across platforms. Own or govern the end‑to‑end SCM solution architecture, ensuring consistency, interoperability, and adherence to enterprise guidelines. Lead or oversee large‑scale technology delivery programs and projects, ensuring execution excellence through structured project governance. Ensure technology initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality expectations, leveraging modern delivery methodologies. Your profile: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with similar focus Multiple years of experience in supply chain systems, ERP, or enterprise technology environments Leading or supporting SCM technology initiatives (planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or inventory) Proven experience working with SAP ERP, MES, SCM platforms, system integration, data flows and analytics Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams, build consensus, and drive collaboration across diverse functional areas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Fluency in English, written and spoken, German is an advantage Willingness to travel up to 10-20% Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. The base pay range for this position is: $139,180 - $191,378 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance. Senior Customer Success Manager – ARIA & Eclipse SME This Senior Customer Success Manager role serves as a key member of the DO Customer Success team and functions as the team’s primary expert in ARIA and Eclipse. This role is responsible for ensuring customers achieve and recognize measurable value from their use of our software solutions by driving improved usage, adoption, and integration into both clinical and administrative workflows. In addition to managing a portfolio of assigned customers, this role acts as an internal product leader—supporting, mentoring, and developing other Customer Success Managers to build and maintain proficiency in ARIA and Eclipse. The individual in this role is a trusted advisor to customers and a go‑to resource for the Customer Success organization. Key Responsibilities Customer Value & Adoption Serve as the primary Customer Success Manager for a defined set of customers, developing strong, trusted relationships and acting as the main point of contact for ongoing success. Demonstrate the ability to articulate best practices in workflow design and product usage, and effectively share that knowledge with both customers and Customer Success team members Ensure customers are realizing value from all DO software product lines through effective adoption and optimized use within clinical and administrative workflows. Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and build Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting healthcare or clinical environments. Experience mentoring or enabling peers in a team environment. Ability to analyze usage patterns and customer feedback to identify risks and opportunities. Comfort working with product roadmaps and providing structured feedback to product teams.
