What You Will Do (Responsibilities) Lead financial reporting operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of quarterly reporting, standalone financial statements, and key internal reports. Oversee the monthly close and consolidation process, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, cash flows, and financial statements. Drive high-quality financial analysis, including variance analysis and insights that support leadership decision-making. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, presenting results, insights, and recommendations with clarity and confidence. Ensure strong accounting governance, including application of U.S. GAAP, oversight of SOX controls, and coordination with internal and external auditors. Lead complex accounting projects, including technical accounting research, policy development, and process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk. Own key processes such as the annual goodwill review, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and alignment with standards. Develop and lead a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and strong performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and other partners to resolve issues and strengthen financial processes. Support enterprise initiatives and special projects, balancing long-term strategic work with shorter-term priorities. What You Bring (Qualifications) Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including people leadership. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks (SOX / SOC). Proven experience managing financial reporting processes, including close and consolidation activities. Experience partnering cross-functionally to research, resolve issues, and improve processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications CPA or equivalent professional certification. Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy services, or health systems organizations. Experience leading accounting projects or initiatives in a matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency. POSITION SUMMARY The Financial Operations Analyst maintains the Accounts Receivable subledger for an assigned portfolio of manufacturer accounts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform in-depth analysis of Pharma Manufacturer Rebate payment support documentation. Responsible for cash management and payment application. Collection of balances owed by manufacturer base; direct follow up on delinquent payments. Follow SOP of return coding of denied claims, facilitate research to confirm and resolve issues regarding validity of returns, book appropriate accruals, and evaluate continuous improvement opportunities to adjust invoicing processes to reduce future instances. Facilitate adjustments to subledger as required for accurate representation of accounts receivable. Collaboration with cross-functional areas to meet hard deadlines and support the KPI’s of the manufacturer accounts receivable team. Responsible for handling the resolution of annual invoicing to Pharma through a combination of collection, receipting, and various adjustment processes. Accurate and timely management of this process is critical to company’s ability to accurately record and subsequently pass eligible value to clients. Independently responsible for handling a highly complex set of inquiries and corresponding processes. Errors can lead to any combination of client abrasion, manufacturer abrasion, inaccurate financial reporting, and or inaccurate value passed on to clients.
