Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or Agency Management experience Or Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or Agency Management experience Or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or Agency Management experience Or Associate’s degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or Agency Management experience Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or Agency Management experience Preferred Qualifications: Strategic thinking, leadership, collaboration, and the ability to serve as a true champion for the consumer.     Prior marketing and/or agency experience in healthcare Strong marketing competence with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development. Demonstrated strength in analytics to translate data into insights and indicated actions. Strong understanding of inclusive marketing and cultural relevance in content Hands-on experience with TV/OLV creative development and production in partnership with agencies, plus exposure to media trafficking requirements and asset delivery workflows Ability to manage agency relationships, feedback loops, budget and timelines Familiarity with MLR processes and requirements that impact consumer marketing strategies. Ability to successfully run multiple projects and resources concurrently on time and on budget. Strong self-starter, problem-solver, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a cross-functional, team-based environment Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization.
